Our Philosophy

The Grove is a Reggio-inspired learning community rooted in curiosity, connection, and respect for children’s many languages. We create space for exploration, shared discovery, and meaningful relationships between children and caregivers. Learning here is unhurried, responsive, and shaped by the children’s interests.

Inspired by Reggio Emilia and Nordic early childhood traditions, we view children as capable, curious, and worthy of a slow and protected childhood. We honor play, nature, and relationships as the foundation of learning. Our days are guided by natural rhythms and the needs of the children, and our spaces are designed to invite creativity, exploration, and calm connection.
